  • To create a healthy, thriving community through housing stability, living wage jobs, health & food security for low-income citizens in West Dayton.

CREATE A REPLICABLE MODEL TO EXPAND HOUSING, FOOD, AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN RESPONSE TO COMMUNITIES SERVED

  • Create a replicable model to expand food, housing, and job opportunities for low-income citizens in response to communities served.

DEVELOP OUR STAFF, BOARD, AND PARTNERSHIP LEADERSHIP CAPACITY FOR SUCCESS

  • Develop our staff, board, and partnership leadership capacity for success with diverse, equitable, and inclusive operational and clinical human resources.

OPERATE A FISCALLY SOUND ORGANIZATION

  • Operate a fiscally sound organization with a business model for capital and operations from earned income, development, and government funding.

  • Develop our technology infrastructure for EHR, financial reporting, client outcomes, property management, Medicaid billing, communications and cyber security.

  • Continue to foster substantial community impact by maintaining and strengthening current programs and services where we serve.
